Isis Cooper Yoga

Isis teaches yoga classes online (live on Zoom) and hosts The Yoga Space, an online membership with access to an on-demand library of classes. These classes are for everybody - all ages and abilities are welcome, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner.

Classes are relaxed and accessible, and focus on helping you move well and feel better (body and mind). We focus on moving mindfully and cultivating awareness, and mix aspects of many styles of yoga and movement. Isis teaches trauma-informed yoga and strives to make classes accessible to all.
